Primal Planet

Primal Planet is a pixel-art metroidvania that mixes dinosaurs with survival and crafting. A family’s journey across its dangerous world gives exploration a personal direction. The PC build may be tested through Winlator on Android, but compatibility remains unverified.

Storyline

The protagonist travels with family through a world where predators and other dangers can separate them. Finding a safe way forward becomes more important than simply reaching the next map screen.

Gameplay

Move through linked areas, gather useful materials, and make tools that help in a fight or open a path. New abilities invite a return to places that were out of reach earlier. Encounters with dinosaurs vary in size and behavior, so noticing an escape route can matter as much as dealing damage. The game combines the rhythm of a platformer with the preparation of a small survival adventure.

System Requirements

The PC values below use the publisher listing where available; unconfirmed recommendations are marked accordingly.

Windows PC

Android / Winlator

The Android entries are editorial starting points, not official requirements or measured results. No reliable Winlator FPS result is available for this exact build. If it launches, test at 720p with low settings first; performance depends on the phone GPU, driver, game version, and translation overhead.
